Long story. Had a massive leak back in March. Called Primal at 8pm and they answered and were there by next morning to fix the leak. The whole roof was old and needed redone. Cody worked with us for months to help with insurance adjusters. When they came to do new roof after all the paperwork was said and done, they had it done in one day! The workers were amazing, friendly, and cleaned up everything. Cody and his dad (the owners) triple checked everything and made sure to let us know to contact back anytime. Would highly recommend.
